Fascinated by the industry’s complexity and change, he applies bold “why not” thinking to deliver impact. His insights have been featured on NPR, ReachMD, Modern Healthcare and other outlets, and he co authored Case Studies in Niche Marketing. Joel is a core faculty member for SHSMD’s Essentials of Healthcare Marketing and a recipient of its Award for Individual Professional Excellence.
